Welcome to USDinar. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal and financial information when you use the USDinar mobile application ("App").

2. Offline-First & Local Storage

USDinar is built with a strict Offline-First architecture. All your financial data, including wallets, debts, budgets, and goals, are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain remote servers for your personal financial data, and we do not collect, upload, or sell your financial records to any third parties.

3. Data Security & Encryption

To ensure your data remains secure, USDinar utilizes military-grade AES-256 encryption for its local database. Additionally, app locks via biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint) or PIN are processed entirely on your device securely.

4. AI Financial Advisor

If you choose to use the AI Financial Advisor feature, the text queries you manually submit in the chat interface are sent securely to third-party AI API providers (such as DeepSeek, Google Gemini, or Groq) solely for the purpose of generating a response. Your complete local database is never uploaded to the AI. We recommend not sharing highly sensitive personal identifiers (like bank account numbers or passwords) in the AI chat.

5. App Permissions

To function properly, USDinar may request the following permissions:

  • ✓ Storage: Required to save your encrypted database locally, and allow you to create local backups or import/export CSV files.
  • ✓ Biometrics: Required to lock/unlock the app securely using your device's native security framework.
  • ✓ Internet: Required to fetch live currency exchange rates and to communicate with the AI Assistant APIs.

6. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We may use anonymous crash reporting tools to help us fix bugs and improve app stability. This data is strictly technical (e.g., device model, OS version, stack traces) and does not contain any of your personal financial entries.
